Can someone help me with ways to self motivate myself to work out. You may ask why isn't the simple fact of knowing you're out of shape a motivator. Well when you're out of shape you get lazy. So, you must be getting a hit at what the problem is. I know I like to work out when I'm pumped. But how do I get this adrenaline rush?
Do some fun Zumba! Zumba is really fun because you are dancing and working out at the same time. Please don't give me the "I can't dance mess" if you REALLY want to loose the weight you are carrying around you WILL do whatever it takes to make what you don't want go away. I give the same advise to everyone who wants to loose weight fast, fun, and easy!
