Since my teens I have had senstive skin, I could never use any facial cleansers to get rid of the odd zit or else I would get a rash...when I do the dishes (because we don't have a dishwasher) after the skin on my hands will begin to peal because of the warm water and soap...I also get extremely dry skin, mainly on my hands and sometimes my face during the winter...I also bruise easily, I wake up everyday to a new bruise on my leg! and they are often slow to heal...the same goes for any wounds I get (from shaving my legs or whatever happens) it tends to heal slowly, and often never goes fully away and remains a scar which never use to happen!

Does anyone know what can be going on?
blood and how well it's working(especially slow healing=low platelets which seal wounds) Slow bruise recovery-haemoglobin low Proteins and iron rich foods so your body produces cells, from good cells I.e your medium-well steak jacket potato! Every1s body WANTS to heal itself, help it. If ur a vegetarian.....don't be. We're suppose to eat meat, If man had never eaten meat and remained on veg, would the brain ever have flourished having a tenth of the amount of iron, protein blah blahh blah
