Hi, I had Sepotplasty 2 days ago and I unfortunately took an accidental elbow to my nose. I think everything is still ok, but I'm paranoid my nose might get screwed up and I have to have the surgery again.

Could minor bumps to the nose reverse the effects of the surgery? Could a bump push the septum back the way it was? I'm told not to even sneeze or cough, so little bumps have me quite worried.

Also, how strong will my nose be in the future? I'm worried that since I have had this surgery my nose will not be as strong as it used to be and will break more easily. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.
I had it done 3 days ago and have received a few accidental bumps, did this affect the outcome of your procedure?

Most of the time trauma to the nose after septoplasty does not affect the outcome. If a submucous resection was done, it may actually make you more resistant to trauma.
