Yes, I have had the same and feel just like you. It's heartbreaking. It was done a month ago, I now only have part-sense in my clitoris and no sex drive. I'm gutted.

Did anyone else with this problem ever find it gets better? I have the same and am desperate. Had the procedure a month ago and am sexually numb. Drs and gynae cannot find a medical reason. I have felt so upset I've attempted suicide. Drs say 'maybe it's too soon for sex, it's early days' but it feels permenent to me...

I had this procedure a month ago, have not been able to reach orgasm since. Drs can't find any explanation or answer. I am despairing. Of course, would not have had it if I'd known. Can see others who've posted have had the problem long term, has anyone who's suffered actually got better?!? I'm losing hope

I am age 35, I just had an ablation done Feb 27th and he said my husband and I could resume having sex with in a week after the procedure depending on how i was feeling. I felt fine, better than I had in a while. I still do. no bleeding or cramping, but now its only been two weeks tomorrow. My husband and I had sex exactly 7 days after the procedure, I could not secrete any fluids and remained dry the entire time. we have never needed anything before as far as lubrication. we thought that maybe i just needed more time to heal. we tried again yesterday and it was a little better but i still did not reach an orgasm. I am still chalking it up to my body needing more time to heal. I hope so anyway. my husband and I have had a healthy sex life. up until I began having a prolonged period that lasted over 4 weeks and did not stop until now. so i love that the ablation has stopped the bleeding. I have not had an ovulation yet so i do not know how that will go. i just need to ride it out and see how it goes. If anyone has any detailed info as to how long it took to get back to normal as far as sex goes please let me know. i am a bit concerned about that.

I am scheduled in one week to have the ablation done. Today I had an appointment with my doctor and asked him all these questions you all have concerns about. He said this should not affect the sex life because it only involves the uterus. Not the Vag or Cervix. My husband and I can resume normal sexual activity after 1 or 2 days; only because of the discharge. He told me if anything out of the norm were to happen it would be for other reasons, not the ablation. Painful intercourse and painful uterus are not good for this kind of surgery. It doesn't work per the statistics. There was a third thing, but I don't remember it. After my surgery in a week, I will give an update. Hopefully my doctor is right.

2015 Ablation, and completely numb. There should be an explanation for this. Did my doctor burn all of the nerves in this area? There is no amount of money that could compensate for loosing this. I can almost deal with the (undisclosed symptom) weight gain, but to never feel sexual again is horrible and steals your life. CLASS ACTION anyone???
