I think you're saying that your erection is no longer firm every time. You say penis becomes really soft, and when you compress it with finger and thumb, that you can collapse the shaft completely.
It's possible that you have an Erection Disfunction, and that an ED medicine like Viagra or Cialis might help... however you MUST go speak with a doctor to confirm this to get a prescription.
