I had unprotected sex four days after my abortion is it possible that i'm could be pregnant or my insides are messed up. My boyfriend did not ejaculate inside me. I guess it depends on a lot of things but one thing is for sure you need to practice safer sex. Use condoms and lube if you don't like the feel of condoms, it helps with glide.

I don't know that it can cause a higher risk of pregnancy, it is just the same as the normal risk of unprotected sex. There is definately an increased risk of infection as the cervix is more open after an abortion and can allow infection easier access into the uterus and fallopian tubes which can lead to scarring.
