Lately I have found a little white bump on the shaft of my penis, the discoloration soon appears like a scab and when removed theres a little red patch underneath. Today I was examining my body and realized that there was a soft white secretion coming from my anus. Can anyone tell me if this could be natural.

I have had the white spot for about 5-6 monthes, it has gone away a few times but always comes back in the same place. There is no irritation or pain and it is only an open wound if the white skin is removed.
