One day I had tried to masturbate and started feeling this sharp pain near my left testicle and I started to get worried. The pain gets worse the closer I get to ejaculating and I am never able to ejaculate. I went to 2 doctors and they both checked me only to say that they couldn't find anything wrong and that the pain would probably go away on it's own. I've had two ultrasounds, one on my scrotum and one in my pelvis for hernia and nothing could be found as wrong. I also had a urine test done that came back with no infection.
The pain feels like it's a bit behind and at the tip of my left testicle. It's a sharp pain that comes. If I touch right where it hurts it is insanely sensitive and hurts like crazy.
One time I was with my fiancée and I wasn't feeling much pain so I was able to get aroused for a while but I made sure I didn't get too aroused. Well about an hour after I started feeling more pain but this time it came up the left of my pelvis almost into a spot in my abdomen. It felt like a lot of pressure was building up and it felt like a balloon. I'm not sure if this is my prostate or not. The pain got so bad that it would even shoot down into my knee. I've been careful not to let it get that bad again.
I'm supposed to see a Urologist but my doctor's office is being very slow about it and they haven't even made the appointment yet even though my doctor got me a referral paper. I'm not sure what else it could be and it's hard for me to find anyone with similar symptoms.
It's been a week and a half with no improvement!
If anyone has any info to ease my mind or shed some light on the subject I would be so happy. Thanks.

Push your doctor for that referral to the urologist. A urologist specializes in the reproductive system, your doctor doesn't. You shouldn't be in pain.
There are many things in could be including prostatitis. It could also be a structural issue.
The urologist IS your best resource.

Thanks for the opinion. I just wanted to give an update for anyone having similar symptoms although it would be rare for people to have my exact symptoms. After a while it hurt less and less, although I was still never able to ejaculate. Just recently, however, I was able to without pain. I can still feel sensitivity there and the night before I was with my fiancée getting aroused and it hurt like it did before with pain going to my abdomen so I guess the tubes or something in there were damaged and it's slowly repairing itself. For the record my doctor's office faxed my urologist referral to the urologist office and I STILL haven't gotten an appointment.
Did it ever fix itself? I've had the same issue going on for 3 weeks now. I can't even walk normally. Went to a urologist and had an ultrasound but nothing showed up.

Glad to know Im not alone. For me it only happens if I get hard and then let it go down a bit, then the pain kicks in real bad. If I race through things then sometimes its alright but the ladies dont like me going for record time.
