Well for starters i am 18 and for some dum reason i decided to shave my penis i did a bit of looking around before i started (im nt that dum) then after i had finished (i used shaving cream while in a shower
Now about 6 days later as hair is growing back i have a few problems to start it off each root or hair seems to have multiple hairs growing from same point on skin as in individual hairs this does not affect me as much but i am still a little worried, now because of itchness i use hydro clorso something cream from exact, anti itchness stuff
now i also have noticed hard normal skin coloured bumps on 1/4th way up while not to noticable it is hard and a little unsightly any help on this all would be great and i am considering seeing a doctor or something
the area does not appear to be infected and there is no pus coming from the bumps.

Are the bumps red? I recently shaved in that area and as the hair grows back, the bumps occur. This is because of the hair growing back and will discipate over time.
yes they are a bit red not to much and they are something like a few mm or so in diameter there are not to big but clearly there i will wait a week or so and if they are not gone by then i will see a doctor btw i am 100% postive it is not an std or something like that

It's probably ingrown hairs. when you shave that area, when the hairs start to grow back, the follicles can become inflamed and cause ingrown hairs. It should go away in about a week or so. You can put neosporin or some other ointment on it to help it to heal and to prevent from some scarring. You can also, if you'd like, go to the docotor and he/she will give you and ointment to apply.
