for sometime now...probably since I was diagnosed with mono back in August I've noticed these shinny little spots on the head of my penis. I've kinda ignored them because they don't itchy or pop open. I am wondering why they're their now. I have had unprotected sex once but I'm certain she did not have herpes. I would like to know what these spots are. If maybe they were a side affect from the medication I was on when I had mono.
