hey there, I'm 14 years old and my penis is 7.5 inches... When I started ninth grade (I was still 13) my penis was 5 inches max. But lately it's grown tremendously. I masturbate 1 time a day on average. My penis is still kind of skinny tho so I know it's gonna keep growing. I don't want it to get too big but a little thicker would be nice. Should I be worried it might get too big?

Your penis can grow into your early 20's but how much more, nobody can tell. Some guys get big early and others later. Girth often comes along later.
You're already well above average.
I wouldn't worry about it. You can't change it anyways.
