Should I go for FSH injections??

I need your help. In last 10 yrs I had 2 surgeries to remove my ovarian cyst. One when I was 20 n other when I was 27. Both the cyst were 10cms big .I only have one Fallopian tube. One was damaged in one of the surgeries After the second surgery I was put on BC pills. As soon as I went of the pills i had another 6cms cyst which went away on its own. Have been off the pills since August. Got that 6 cms cyst in oct. I also have a 2cms cyst on my right ovary. Its not growing so RE is not worried about it. My RE told us that if we dont want to take the risk of having another cyst then we should go on clomid or FSH injections. That would increase our chance of getting pregnant. This is the 7th mnth of TTC. Should we go for FSH injections? RE told that clomid forms more cysts then FSH injection (depends of the dosage also ) so FSH would be better for me. I always get nightmares that my cyst has grown and am going for 3rd surgery. Please give me your suggestions.
