I am 13 and i have bad-ish bunions on both feet. I have had them since I can remember but my mum really only noticed them about a year or two ago. My aunt is a physiotherapist and she took a quick look at them while we were on holiday last year but all she said was that it was a little unusual for someone as young as me to have bunions that bad. I get pains from walking a lot which is not good as I am in a marching band and we sometimes have to march for up to an hour straight. I recently started secondary school and all the walking around from class to class is murder to my feet. I was wondering if I should start taling to my mum about possibly getting surgery but I'm a bit afraid of anything going wrong.

What should I do?????

, which should give you an idea about bunion surgery or other treatment options that you could ask your podiatrist about.

Hope this helps...
