If it's hurting badly , cracked & un moist, You can start off by stop using soap for a few days so it doesn't irritate it even more. Second, get some lanolin. It's used by breastfeeding women to put on their nipples if they're cracked and bleeding. It stops the pain in just a few seconds, plus it will keep your skin moist so it can heal. My really close friend took me with him to get himself checked out & the doctor suggested getting Linsinoh or Medela, you can purchase it at Walmart, K-mart or any drug store. It would be in the breastfeeding stuff, like nursing pads and milk storage bags. Also, putting the tube in a cup of warm water to soften it up before you use it, though, because it's pretty thick and stiff. If you get it really warm it will be the consistency of lotion and will be much easier to apply to tender skin. Hope this works for youu ;-) Keep me updated & tell me if it works for you :)
