We are going to the hospital to be induced on Monday and I want to know for sure that I have thought about everything! During the whole pregnancy, I have read books about pregnancy and birth, and parenting, but the first immunization is something I forgot about completely until my husband mentioned it. Please tell me what the side effects of the first immunization are?
I think babies get two vaccinations while in the hospital. If I am right, they are the hepatitis B vaccine and Hib, which is related to meningitis. Some please correct me if I am wrong. My twin boys got their shots on the third day and I never noticed any side effects. It is great to know they are still being watched over by nurses at that point, so you really have nothing to worry about.
