Hello! Had my gallbladder removed on June 2016. In July my hair started to fall more and my face breakout with acne specially neck, and chin. Nothing helps! I eat well and try to be right but because I don't know how to help my body. I started taking vitamins since September and a week ago started natural progesterone cream and thyroid pills (on October) and ox bile with every meal 2 pills but still break out lots. Does anybody been doing paleo diet and worked for them? As I would like some back up. Thanks

Hi,

I've had my GB removed one week ago on Fri and I can already see changes on my body, inside and outside. My skin has always been oily and heavy, same with my hair, but now it is not greasy at all anymore. I wake up in the morning and I don't have all that oil on my face like I used to have. Now my face is quite dry and clean, no outbreaks anymore, no swollen things under my skin, especially on my cheeks and chin. Hopefully it stays like this! I am female, 34, from Europe.

Stay healthy & happy!

C.

I am 59 years old and I had my gallbladder removed 5 weeks ago and out of the blue I have whiteheads popping up on my face. Every day I find two or three and I have never, ever had acne. Hmmmm, sounds like a direct correlation to me.

20 year old female,
I have already went through puberty and I had finally stopped breaking out, now my hair and face feel like an oil slick and I'm sick to my stomach every time I eat even when I'm eating salad. I have a bunch of other medical issues but having my gallbladder out has screwed up my face and hair!

I'm not surprised to hear. When you remove this organ which is there for a reason, where else is the bile, fat, etc, going to go... Please teach others not to remove their gallbladders, but simply FLUSH them of the build up of gallstones. It's so easy!!!
