it could also be penal cancer cists. In which case if it has spread far enough they will have to remove the head of the penis, which is typically the infected area, or wherever the problem persists. Seek help immediately. If your wondering my father is a geinocologist which is why im educated on the subject.
i have the same issue only its three bumps like in a triangle shape on my sack and tiny tiny bumbs on my shaft. i also had one big bump on the right side of my shaft that has itched so much its scabbed over and is no longer itchy.. sorry for the gross facts but i feel like someone at the firehouse has had or still has something and has given it to two of us already including myself, i also have these bumps on my butt that itch like hell and when i took a picture its like almost bad hives but they look as if its tunnels or if you took one bump and stretched it out.. there on my cheeks and inner cheeks almost close to my rectum.. i am going to the drs soon but im hopeing its some bs and not something crazy... my girlfriend wont touch me until its checked and cleared.... fml any ideas folks?
I'm white and iv noticed when I grasp one of my testicles and make it look like a "brain" ( or if you dont know when you pull the scrotum skin tightly around the ball that little white spots appear where the hair follicles attatch to skin.. I think those are normal, right?
TRUST ME, i have the same thing as you do I'm 14 and i got them when i was 12 i was very nervous about them and theres good news. All you have to do is go to the doctor and explain it too him. thats what i did and he got me this cream its called nystatin usp, 100,000 units per gram and what you do is put that on the areas where the bumps are and it should clear up shortly. i waited two years to solve this problem and I'm not happy i did. they've almost reached my head but then i used the cream and there disappearing i extremely recommend you try it! but on the bright side there not noticeable so if the lights are dim you can still get a bj or something haha.
