Im 14 and Ive had these weird bumps on my penis for a really long time now ( as long as I can remember really ). They are mostly skin colored but some of them are a bit more redish. I think it kinda looks like lichen nitidus, but Im really not sure.

Look up "fordyce spots". They are very common and not an STD.
Unfortunately, you'll need to see your doctor to find out what they really are.
