I have been facing skin related issues from past couple of months. I get a very strong itchy feeling (majorly during nighttime) in scrotum area sometimes at the nether end. The itchiness is not limited to private parts it spreads to other parts of the body mainly legs,stomach and back. Sometimes red eruptions appear on my body after scratching. The hair follicle on scrotum turns more granular and becomes prominent and red. When i scratch my abdomen it becomes red and heated up a lot. Whenever i hold any item with edges it leaves a red impression on my palm with a ticklish feeling. From past few days i have been noticing that my face turns cherry red and gets heated up all of a sudden. Please suggest the nature of my disease and the remedy. Its been almost 2 months that i have been grappling with this situation. Initially i felt that wetness and dryness may be the reason. I have applied oil/powder but no major relief is observed.I have constipative tendency from past few months as well and burning sensation in passing stool (if all these things are connected)
