You seem to be young considering you had 90 pounds when all your troubles started.

What is your eating pattern now? Are you taking more smaller portions of food instead of less large meals? Smaller meals require less acid for digestion. What kind of foods are you taking? Rice, breads, pasta and other carbohydrates tie up excess stomach acid and are easy on the stomach.

Have you been advised to maintain an upright position during and at least 45 minutes after eating?

You are still very young and will grow but you’re right, your malnutrition may be causing problems in your development. I think you should talk to your parents and find a nutrition clinic or at least talk to your doctor about foods that irritate you the least. You may need to take some nutritional supplements.

I know it’s hard for you but you need to work on it to find the best suitable solution for you.
