I have a problem, every time I eat I fall asleep about 20 minutes to thirty minutes later. The real problem is that I fall asleep in class, because of this. I am not sure if I need to change my diet and begun exercising again. Is there any vitamins that would help? What could elevate this problem?

It sounds to me like you might be hypoglycemic or something along those lines. Do you think that you can talk to your doctor about it? I would recommend it. Let me know what you think, okay?

Hello there,

Sometimes our body needs to work a little bit more to digest some particular heavy foods and when this happens our blood pressure is falling down and this makes us sleepy. So maybe you should change the food you are eating and exchange those junk and fatty foods with something healthier. I am aware that this is not easy especially since you are going to school and you don’t have that much choice.

Also exercising is great idea any way so you should continue with that and don’t give up on it because it is hard to go back after some time.

If this continue to happen even after you make some changes than you should consult your doctor.
