Hi,
Seems like a simple question, but I can't find an answer to it.
I have a sinus problem which has led to post nasal drip.
Does anyone know if sleeping propped up for a few nights will improve it?
If so, will just adding pillows help or does your whole top half have to be raised?
thanks
caroline

Sleeping propped up will not cure it, it only makes you comfortable enough to fall asleep. There is some good stuff out there, otc, that will help you with your drips.
You don't need to raise the whole head of the mattress itself, just use 2 or 3 pillows. But....this could give you a neck ache or a head ache. If this happens, you just may want to raise the mattress top.
Are you on prescription meds for your problem?

Thanks for replying,
yes, I'm taking beconase nasal spray, I have been for two weeks but it doesnt seem to be working yet.
I just get so blocked up when i lay flat.
I'm healthy and eat well, and exercise and I got this problem after a bout of flu.
I can't seem to get a good nights sleep lately because of it
