My EBV IgG titres but not IgM are consistently high as well as a few other viruses. i have had a low grade fever plus other symptoms for a year now. Can it still be EBV if the IgM is negative?

I get this too, for about 2 weeks every night i get this really high fever with cold and a very bad hsadache, the doctors has nothing to say and just gave me antibiotics , i got these every nigth on that phase but at morning im very energetic and my cold is gone then itll come bck again at night.
