i've had some kind of vaginal infection for a while now. other than the itchyness, i also have a clearish-white runny, kind of slimey discharge. it doesn't stink really, maybe a little sour at the most. i had this tender bump on the outside lip of my vagina for a week or so. the skin felt thinner then the rest of my vaginal skin, and today it looked like the skin broke, so i gave it a little squeeze and a TON of pus/dark blood came out.
does anyone know what this could be? i'm pretty sure it's not a yeast infection but i'm worried. :-( also, i am not sexually active.

just in case I would take antibiotics and it might help
