i have numerous small bumps on the underside of my penis. i am not sexually active and was wondering what they are. i shave in the shower with just water. almost every bump if i dont shave for awhile hair started to grow out of them. i am just curious as to what these are and wondering if i can do anything to treat them.
From what I've heard, it's normal.
