I'm turning 27 in November and that will make it 15 yrs since i first noticed this problem. I have never been to a doctor nor told anyone about this (first timer). I lived in fear for about 2 yrs before i realized this is probably normal and i should just learn to live with it and i did. Try to enjoy life and don't let it drag you down.

Treatment:
First you have to understand that this is a condition of the skin that won't go away with any special remedies. The small little guys you'll simply have to put out of mind, and trust me; girls really won't notice unless they're that investigative.
You CAN however, get rid of exceptionally big ones near the surface of the skin (that is, the really ugly ones, probably that one bugging you for a long time). You essentially have to pop them, and keep them dry for a long time.
However, the problem for most people is that you simply can't pop these things, no matter how close to the surface they may look, and normally I'd say don't try.
However, as according to your own judgement, some of the dots are really right at the top of the skin and only need some help to be popped.
MY treatment is as follows (for a scrotum based dot only):
Score a tiny incesion on the top of the cyst-dot with an exacto knife, preferably a triangle edged one. Slice quick, don't linger and be exact. You shouldn't be cutting deep enough to feel any real pain, so that means you shouldn't be cutting deep into the cyst either. You could get it infected that way. You're just cutting the top of the skin, making a pathway for pus to come out later.
Make sure you use a clean blade, and have some rubbing alcohol or disenfectant nearby to clean the surface after you cut. You should barely bleed.
Once you're clean, put toothpaste on the cyst-dot. Only the paste kind, not gel. Bandaid if you need it, and leave it on all day. If you're using minty toothpaste, it'll probably sting for an hour.
Before you go to bed, clean your sac, and apply more paste. Bandaid if you want.
When you wake up, check the cyst. If it's ready to pop it should hurt a little, be red around the edges, and have a strong yellow/white look to the head. Really it should just look like an oversized whitehead zit.
Try popping it. Be gentle and experimental, and try popping it by only applying pressure from the sides and underneath. If you have a good incesion, hard white pus should come out. Squeeze as much out as possible, until nothing comes out. Gross, but you'll no longer have to deal with the ugly cyst head. Make sure not to oversqueeze it once it's empty, you don't want to incite its wrath again.
Clean it, and put more toothpaste on, to keep it dry. Keep toothpaste on everyday, until you're satisfied.
Remember though: don't do this to the average cyst. If it doesn't easily show up in the mirror, and isn't bigger than a pinhead, forget it. You're just asking for trouble.
IF it's already big, nasty, and shows up clearly, this process will definately help, if not completely obliterate the thing from view.
If you don't feel confident about cutting into yourself DON'T. I know you might feel desperate, or anxious, but you can seriously leave lasting marks and scars if you mess up, let alone make the thing worse.

Hey guys, I feel so relieved reading your responses to this problem... or lack there of. Im 21 and have had the same bumps on the base of my penis and tesicles as described since puberty. I know at first it can be scary and you may have the balls to go see a doc, but they have bumps on them so its tough to whip em out, though once you let the boys dangle you'll feel better. My doc told me it was normal and I've been sexually active since... not one of the girls Ive been with has asked me about them in both longterm/short term relationships so I wouldnt sweat it to much. If they do just say your ribbed for her pleasure and that god bestowed you with the latest model... chicks dig confidence, so if ur junk is good to go then take out the trash.

I'm overwhelmed with joy right now!...sort of. just like everyone else, I've had them since puberty, and I'm 19 now. even though they appeared before I ever had sex, I was worried that they might somehow be caused by an STD. I've had sex on many occasions with several partners, but never oral. its many cyst that is all over a area.... it has a bag, if u remove the contents, the bag will refill and it will come back again the only way to remove it is thru surgical operation... however my doc told me it will be intensive... please contact me if ure in singapore and know of a doctor who is able to do the operation. its basically not dangerous but its ugly...
as for those who have it till a old age how did it affect ure sex life? seems that most pp here are still young... so how do will cure it when we are old enough to afford??

28 years old. Have had them since I was 14 or so. Been sexually active awhile and not one woman has said anything about them. Like the poster above said just tell them what it really is if they ask, a skin condition you developed at puberty that does not go away, is non-transferable, and that generally 40 percent of men have them in different quantities.
