Hey guys. I'm 15, and i've had these for around a year and a half now. I found that using OXY triple acting works well to get rid of most of them.

well im 35 and still have 4 at the tip of my penis, i had it circumcised when i was 21 due to some wierd condition that had my skin over lapping when i was younger. Was only when i was 21 that i had the courage to actually seek medical help.
Was a horrible time, never went near women when i was younger. Now im open i also have darker skin near the tip and around the underside. So anyone else had the snip?

Yep I have had them since about puberty. My girl has noticed them but she actually enjoys playing with them. They are under the edge of my mushroom tip and they actually seem to stimulate sexual pleasure, which she finds funny. I dont think their anything to worry about.

You can get them off but its kinda self mutilation. Just have to dig deep enough in the skin. They are like calloused zits. I have em on my scrotum and have since puberty, but I go crazy and cut em off. Dont like feeling the bumps when im scratchin!

About 5 years ago I went to the doctor because I noticed bumps appearing at my hair follicles when I shaved my groin. They were at the base of the penis on my public area -- not really the penis itself, but right at the intersection. They were isolated to just north of my penis, with a few strays on the underside -- again, at the intersection of my scrotum and shaft.
The doctor identified them as "folliculitis" and told me to use cortisone and keep the are clean and dry. I returned a month later with the same symptoms, no progress. She then said since that didn't work, it must be a viral infection just like folliculitis. She said it was superficial and would go away with the use of a cream she gave me. Again, a month later I returned with the same symptoms. I was preparing myself to hear that I had herpes or something finally, and they just sent me off again saying it was perfectly normal, and that I should not shave, keep it clean, yadda yadda yadda.
They are about 1mm in diameter, pale colored (about on par with the rest of my skin -- I am fair-skinned and blond), and do not hurt, even when you knick them with a pin. They only extremely rarely exude any sort of substance, which is obviously some variety of fat. I occasionally get similar developments, though even smaller and way more subtle, on my lower eyelids (which started around puberty.) These are more white in color and always exude a fatty substance, but are the same in every other respect. The skin feels a lot stronger than a typical acne pimple. I have a history of facial Acne for several years, even though it's cleared up now. It's also worth noting that these seem to clot more slowly than your typical cut.
I'm a VERY clean person. I shower every morning as soon as I wake up, my laundry is always freshly clean, and if I get sweaty I take a shower. I've tried everything... funguscide, cortisone, knicking them, and squeezing them... I even stopped shaving for like a year, and it didn't get any better or any worse.
I have searched far and wide and never came up with any conclusive results until I finally found the Fordyce's Spots articles online. I'm now convinced this is precisely what I have, and I'm both thankful to this group for their outstanding stories, and horrified that something as common as this is so difficult to get any answers on. Not even my doctors had a clue.
It's also surprising that there isn't a better remedy for this. I am going to try the toothpaste method because that sounds like a good idea. I wonder if OTC wart remover would also work because that can really dry out and irritate the skin (much like the toothpaste approach, but it's more purposefully designed.)
These do not itch, hurt, or cause any inconvenience in any way. They're just cosmetically troublesome, even though a partner would have to look like a jeweler inspecting a diamond to really notice them. It's more for my own peace of mind. I may still want to do porn in my lifetime, ya never know...

ok i don't normally post on here, so don't know if this'll work =S
but basically i have fordyce spots aswell, im 17 and had them for as long as i can remember. Like you all it really knocked my confidence with girls espespecially untill i knew what they were. I've got them on my foreskin and at the base of the shaft, i went through the "omg what are these, is it herpes? genital warts?' etc etc, like many of you have, untill i read this forum, i spose it helped a little but i was still really nervous about doing things with my girl friend, didn't know how she would react, whether it would ruin the situation, if she'd run off, if she'd tell everyone?
long story short, she didn't even notice! didn't think it was possible myself but she didn't even notice. I'm aware this probably won't help your confidence right now, but thought I'd try anyway. And to be honest if the girl's worth it, it won't be a problem anyway, just trying to say your sex lives aren't over, infact they're only just begining!
I've now accepted im probably going to be one of the unlucky ones for whom they don't go away as they haven't showed any signs of it recently, just really glad it's not gonna ruin my sex life forever

Oh my god im so glad i found this post, i had been worried about mine for yeeeaaars and then eventually forgot about them coz as you all know, theyre almost hardly visible (and lets be honest guys, when your having sex with your partner, i think theres more interesting things going on :-D and come on who actually inspects your penis in oral sex :-D ) so now im no longer worried about them.

hi, im 14 years old and i have these weird small bumps on my lower under shaft of penis and my scrotum.
