So i've notice that since monday (10 of may) that when i sit in serten poses my left testicle kinda hurts but its a dull pain. On tuesday the pain wasnt gone so i searched my scrotum and on top of my left testis there is a small lump that hurts when i press it. There are no other "side effects" besides that like rashes or swolen parts just that small lump. Any ideas? :/

oh btw it feels like not a lump hanging in the scrotum but like some kind of small peak on the wall of the testis. Its near that power line or whatever the fat cord is lol
oh and another detail. i recall jumping 2 times from my desk (3 feet) in sunday while i was cleaning some high stuff in my room.
