about a week ago my girlfriend found a small, pimple-sized lump on my left teste. it's hard but there is no pain. it also feels like there may be a vein that is a little bigger than normal.

i just went and got a ultrasound because they thought i had a spurmaseal (sp) and i did, so is this anything related to that?

it's on the front/bottom of the teste, and like i said very small, but i'm still very worried and since i don't have insurance i can't really do much right now. any ideas as to what this is?
