For some time I had a small red mark on the head of my penis, and I didn't think much of it. However a few weeks ago another red spot has appeared on the side of the head of my penis. This one is brighter and redder. Neither are open or painful at all. I am 21 and uncircumcised. Also no peeling or pain peeing or any other symptoms I can think of.
