Hey.. I got a lot of very small bumps on my balls and penis shaft. There is hair growing from the ones on balls but others are just there. Is this normal? I read articles here but I dont think it is anything similar (dots are like 1mm big and some are grouped together).

Pls tell me if I should be afraid or is this normal?
