I have really tiny bumps on the inside of my labia on either side and some slightly larger but still small on the skin at the top of my clitoris.
They are white and kind of shiny and the ones on the inside can only be seen if the skin is stretched. Ive had these for a while and wasnt really too concerned about them as some research suggested most girls had them but now the skin at the start of my vaginal canal is turning black and its really freaking me out. I recently moved to a country where i dont speak the language so going to the doctors is going to be extremely difficult and awkward. After noticing this i looked properly in the mirror and noticed the skin around my anus is very white and dry and i bleed sometimes when going to the toilet as the skin breaks. I have psoriasis and have done since i was a child so always thought this was part of it but now im beginning to wonder. I am sexually active but have not had intercourse in a year and a half and had a smear test done 2 years ago which came back normal. If anyone could give me some information on this i would be extremely grateful until i can find a way to go to the doctors.

oh my god, I have spotted the exact same thing tonight, I have very small white spots above my clit that you can see when the skin is stretched back and below the skin seems to be getting darker. I am really worried and don't know what to do!

okay so i know you posted this a year ago but i'm really worried cause i have these too! They are absolutely tiny and there's lots of them, but they dont cause me any problems or look that weird. I can't remember when i first found them so i must have always had them and didn't think much of it till recently. I am only 15 and a virgin so it cant be an STI. I have psoriasis too and have done all my life so i wonder whether that's linked

Almost every girl has those. They are very normal. I use to always worry about them. But one day I talked to my best friend about them & she had the same exact thing.
& when I lost my virginity the guy didn't say anything about them so I am pretty sure they are normal.

I have the exact same thing but can't remember when I got them, also a virgin and they only have little white heads on the bumps.

I did some research and they are normal, they secrete a mucus to lubricate and protect the vagina area. You shouldnt worry however, if you notice any other problems do some research about it and see a doctor about it. You should all be fine!!
