First I'll tell you a bit about myself:
I just turned thirteen.
I told my Mom about this. (Explanation further on)
I don't know too much about these things. Post a link if you please.

Okay.
Recently I've noticed small light colored bumps around the inside of my vulva. Now that I look further, they're almost everywhere. Most of them are minute; very, VERY tiny.
I asked my Mom about it; she said its normal. But what do I care? I'm terrified.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is there a possibility I have some strange disease? Or is this just an infection?
I don't know where to turn anymore; as my last resort, give me advice!
D: I need this answered!!
I will NOT let it go to page two.

Depends on whether you are sexually active or not. You did not mention that. If you are it most likely is an std called genital warts. If you are not it of course is something else. Possibly a virus or such.
