Im 35 years old and the size of my penis worried me because it's realy small and anytime i pull my clothes down to a woman she will be shocked and ask me why is so small?
I think they must be something wrong with my health.sometimes i think buying pills for penis or go for surgery elargement but im always confuse.
Please help me with an advise of what should i do?

There is no such thing as a penis enlargement pill that works. Surgery can only get you about an inch at best.
How big are you? Average for an ADULT is 5.1".
Seriously, you are dating the WRONG women if they question your size in any manner. You would never comment on their breasts or anything now would you?
