smell in and around testicles

Hello. I always take care of the hygiene of my area between the legs. I wash and dry it everyday. Still after few hours of washing, it starts smelling quite much. I think it becomes slightly wet too because if I touch it with my fingers, my fingers stink as well. please tell me what can be the probable cause and solution. thanks.
