Just think of it this way. Your body was changed completely once the fetus started growing. And then suddenly out of the blue getting metal things stuck into your body and changing your body within 10 minutes again is a lot for your body to handle. Your body's way of dealing with the abortion is by doing this to you. Consult a doctor or talk to an abortionist and ask if that's normal after an abortion if you're worried.
