I had what appeared to be an i
ngrown hair bump on lower shaft of my penis, that was small in size before i started messing with it. I thought I could get it out with a paper clip or something small enough to fit in that particular pore. About a week or two after I did that the bump started getting bigger and bigger and is about the size of pea now. Now it is leaking a white creamy substance that smells horrible.
Do you have any ideas what that is.

It is definately not an STD. It could be an ingrown hair, a zit or sebaceous cyst. Whatever it is, it got infected and inflammed from picking. The white substance that smells is called sebum and the smell is due to the presence of bacteria. Try using hydrocortisone to get rid of the inflammation.
