I was in the shower yesterday when I noticed there's a quite large zit right on my anus, as if it's almost inside me. When I took a closer look, I saw that it's quite red and swollen, to my shock it looked huge. I didn't notice it until I was in the shower so there's no pain involved, only a little when I touch it.
Should I be worried? This must sound like every other thread on this board. :/ This thing is very random though so I'm hoping it'll just go away in time, but could this be something dangerous?

I'm having a very similar problem, from behind my scrotum to my anus there is a lump. I don't want to go to the doctors if it's something that will just go away but if it's something serious I guess I'd have to. It only hurts if I try to squeeze it or when i'm 'wipeing'.
It could definitely just be a big zit.
Try to keep the area clean and dry. You can also use some talcum powder or gold bond's medicated powder to absorb the moisture in that area to avoid future blemishes.
