Something Wrong with Urethra?

Hi. Everything is good with my penis and there are no serious problems. However, one problem is that after I urinate, urine doesn't stop coming out of the penis. It kinda drips and I have to stand over the toilet until it stops dripping. It's kinda annoying sometimes because I am in a rush sometimes and I wash my hands when I think it stopped dripping, but then while I am washing my hands I realize that it didn't stop dripping and I wet my pants a little. o.O
