Hi, I'm 14 and I have been experiencing chest pains as well. It mostly happens at night. Sometimes I have quick, random sharp pain in the middle of my chest that lasts only a second. Other times, I have pain in my upper left rib area. I get high anxiety every time it happens and have panic attacks when it happens as well. Although I get anxious, I don't notice being anxious when it starts happening which is why I'm confused. Heart problems run in my family so I just wanted to ask what I should do.
You should ask your doctor about it or your parent(s), it might just be gas moving around but if it happens Every night idk.
