I have sore nipple.it so sensetive .What can i do...
Best suggestion that I have when this happens is to put a little lotion on it and keep clothing off of it as much as possible. If you must wear clothes or a bra put a little bit of medical tape over the sensitive area and it should eliminate some of the irritation due to the rubbing. Good luck, I know that hurts. If it continues to hurt I would go see a doctor, but most of the time the sensitivity will fade in a day or so.
