why do i have sore nipples, clear discharge and frequent urination? i never have sore nipples, haven't had a menstrual cycle in a year, and not on birth control. could i be pregnant??
Counter question: why have you not had periods in a year?? If it is because you were pregnant before and are still breastfeeding, that would make sense. The only other obvious reason for missed cycles I can think of is birth control, but you say you are not on that. Unless it's the menopause, perhaps?
Anyway, if you are breastfeeding, and that's why you haven't had your menstrual cycles, it's quite possible you are pregnant. Sore nipples and frequent urination are definitely possible pregnancy signs, and ovulation can kick in again any time in this scenario.
If that doesn't apply to you, see a doctor because whether or not you are pregnant, you need to get to the bottom of why you aren't getting periods.
