Im currently expierincing the same as you. If i find a solution I will keep you posted. This is a terrible discomforting feeling. Hang in there.
i put up with this long enough now going to doctors this evening to find out what it is i will let you no how i get on

went bk to doctors after being on steriod cream for a week its still the same he sending me to hospitial for a biopsy :-( im getting worried now
he also gave me some more cream to put on to stop the stinging i will keep you informed

Honestly i have been scared out of my mind too because all the symptoms are of herpes simplex virus 2 but i was recntly tested for that and it was negative and i havent had sex since. however i decided that time would heal it and so far that has been the case. 2 days ago the white surfaces of the sores went away and so did my period but now the natural discharge stings sometimes and causes discomfort. now the sores are just red and everyday feels better and hurts less to just plain old exist (like pee, and walking around and stuff). i feel that in a few days it will all be gone. Im just concerned now that im going to have some kind of scarring down there....
