Hi!
I passed many tests and I have no infection, or I have this pain down my urethra / penis after ejaculation , which is very strong when I have a hard-on for a few hours the ejaculation . You was presenting the same symptoms ? And drainage allowed you no longer have this pain ?

Hi!
When I had a second erection I felt pain in my penis. I remember waking up in the middle of the night with a painful erection. Drainage allowed me to relieve the pain. With these exercises I usually don't feel pain, specially when I don't drink any alcohol nor smoke.
The thing is that I don't know where that inflammation came from... Some say that the prostatic liquid get struck, others talk about come muscles that get tighten and get pressed the prostate.... At least I can say that my sexual life has improved a lot!

I have found some ways to avoid the worst of the pain. I describe them in a moment below.
I have had many similar experiences. Here is my symptom,... After my erection lasts long enough to manage sex in vag or a round of masturbation, I end up feeling pain /soreness in a short time after. That same pain or soreness increases with any erection that occurs during the following hours. So I can sense the pain flaccid too. Erection brings pain or sore ache inside the shaft of penis (but not specifically the urethral column). The worst of the pain will be following a longer lasting erection that maintains its maximum hardness.
What I do to prevent this problem:
1. Avoid letting my erection reach its hardest levels. (during any foreplay, sex or masturbation etc.)
2. Being gentle and maintain a natural penis position. (NEVER apply any side or downward/ upward strain to the penis if it is moderately stiffened,...) Don't beat your meat!
3. If condom... use only loose fit condoms.
4. No penis rings.
5. Minimize time/ thrusting in vagina.
6. Whenever possible keep penis flaccid (foreplay, masturbation, etc.)
7. After any sexual activity when penis did reach erection, prepare penis for its "next erection" by positioning it in its natural erection range or posture. This may be as simple as not laying on your stomach or getting restrictive underwear off.
8. Orgasm while soft! NOT while hard.
This sounds weird to many men but it feels intense and is just as relieving as any hard penis orgasm IMO. It takes practice and the pressure and method of stimulation of your soft penis is to your determination. When first trying, it feels odd to have such intense sensation with a soft penis. Off course keeping it in the vagina is not likely in the floppy soft state but even half soft is safer than fully hard and is adequate for some vag-tunnel time. What is rarely realized is that the penis is much more fragile when fully hard. Hence we don't stack concrete blocks and play sports in full salute. Yikes! Hey our nerve endings are more dense while soft than while hard. ( the number of nerve endings doesn't increase with erection they only spread further apart.) The technique is blocking the blood flow at the right spot before it fills your penis too much. What I've discovered works best for this is keeping a soft round tennis ball sized object pressed into my perinium. I have successfully used three fingers with no object, but it takes about 30-40 lbs pressure and a lot of practice. If my penis is mostly erect it does not work to press my perinium. I must apply the pressure before erection starts and maintain the pressure to keep the penis from becoming erect. The mechanics of this is that the pressure against my perinium holds back the blood that my arteries are sending to my penis for erection. Those arteries meet the inner roots of our penis between our scrotum and anus. After some practice it comes easy to feel these arteries and apply pressure to them ONLY for a short time though. 20 -30 minutes is max imo. It feels slightly uncomfortable (like a poorly adjusted bicycle seat.) But far less than the pain that comes back in my penis after a fully hard erection. Try first by sitting on a hard chair that is not slippery. Place an object, such as a tennis ball or an orange, under you but lift your scrotum sack forward and get testis forward and safe. The object needs to be centered and between your anus and scrotum. Slowly sit lower till you can feel the object pressing against your pelvis. It may tend to slide forward which is fine but keep it from going to either side or under your anus. And NOT IN THERE- either! Once I did this a few times I managed to keep my penis soft throughout this technique. I found such hope and avoided most pain thanks to this technique that I found many other simple methods to momentarily compress the perinium arteries. I highly recommend it.

Do any of you think this could just be a sort of athletes foot that has simply transferred to your urethra after you've gotten athletes foot, whether you came in a dirty sock or got it from your own bath towel after you showered?

Yea man this is pretty normal unfortunately. You basically just have to grin and bear it. But sometimes it is chafing that is causing the soreness. It doesn't take much to irritate the penis skin, so I recommend you use a penis health creme. These cremes are made just for guys and will moisturize and protect your penis skin so it stays nice and healthy. I use one and I think it is great.
