How did you get tested or find out about the rare bacteria thing ?

Any chance you remember what the bacteria was called?? I've had this problem for a long time, since I was 17. I happened after I got a gynecological exam the morning after having sex with my bf at the time. I guess I was fairly raw and the exam kiiiiiilled. It went away after that for quite some time if I just didn't use condoms (too much friction). Then I got raped a few years later and I've had numerous problems since. But this is the last one to stick and it would be super healing to be able to have an active and happy sex life again. :(
I hope you sued the doctors who misdiagnosed you and operated on you in such a delicate area for no reason.

You said after two weeks it was better, but um did the first time you do it AFTER using the medicine hurt after again? and then two weeks later you were better? Or was it like you were already better the first time u had sex again after the medicine?
