sore throat, blood in thick mucus, smoker

3 days ago i woke up with a splitting headache and body pains i could barely move the next day the headache was the same but the bodies pains were cut in half this morning when i woke up no body pains and the headache was cut in half but all 3 days i have had thick mucus and blood in the mucus im 15 and i smoke the ganja but only from bongs which takes out a sh*t load of toxins and tar by filtering it. is this from smoking, a virus, or like an infection
