Hi, I’ve been doing sit ups for many years until I managed to lose the fat on my abdominal area completely. I tried many types of sit-ups, each type for different group of abdominal muscles. From my experience, there are no special sit-ups, but you have to combine all those types of sit-ups to get the best results. Many people have the same problem as you- after years of doing sit-ups they still have fat on their belly. I recommend you to continue doing sit-up but in combination with running. Run every day or every other day at least 5 km, and you will be surprised by results. It is also important to avoid certain foods, such as mayonnaise, white bread, fried meat and sodas. All these things will make your efforts to lose fat on abdominal area more effective.
