This sounds like a urinary tract infection if you are weeing blood then it can be a bladder infection or worse kidney it will be very uncomforatble I unfortunately suffer these all the time until you can get to your doctor I would suggest drinking cranberry juice and purcahsing some URAL sachets to help but if you are weeing blood you DEFINATELY need antibiotics
