Alright i Started My Period The April 26th. And It Ended April 30th.. I Had Sex Thru The Night On The 30th And Thrugh May 1.. now i have some spotting and some craps could i be pregnant.. i was off my period only a day.

You don't get pregnant immediately, it takes several days for fertilization and implantation to occur. But, you are on day 5 of your cycle. Normally you won't ovulate until between days 11 and 16. Sperm is only viable for about 5 days.
It's early. It's unlikely but not impossible that you'd get pregnant. You can have spotting and cramping after sex - it's normal.
