I'm experiencing a discomfort on my lower right side. Not necessary a sharp pain, just an dull ache. Also my entire right lef down to my toes feels like a dull ache more like poor circulation feeling but annoying. Also reoccuring stomach aches. I been feeling very tired and sleepy and just feel ill like something is difinetely wrong. I just made an appt. to my G.I. Doctor next week for my first step of finding out what could be wrong. The reason for choosing my G.I. doctor first, because I have been dianognsed with gastrits and acid reflux due the feeling is in my stomach. But it can be anything causing this feeling. I'm worried because I'm hoping its not a cyst nowhere in my body or cancerous.

Have you checked to see if there were gallstones in the gallbladder or smaller ones that might be blocking your cystic duct?

Hello there. You were very poorly when you had made the below posting by the sound of it. I just wondered if you did end up going to see the infectious diseases specialist and if they have ever got to the bottom of the cause of your illness? I have similar issues now and no diagnosis so far after 6 month.

I have had pain in groin and increasing fatigue for 3-4 years. I saw a specialist, and he thought I had a small hernia that was insignificant. He told me to come back in a years time. I did. He did no tests, and asked me to come back, in another years time. Which i did. I went in for a scan for lower back pain. It resulted in showing I have swollen lymph nodes in my adbomen. The next week (3 years after my original visit!), I had a biopsy of lymph node of my right leg. It turned out it has lymph cancer caused by a virus. This is a herpes-8 virus, NOT HIV. I could have had it for years.

Then, a week later, I was told, the lymph cancer is all over my body. If your doctor won't do testing on you. Pay another doctor that understands lymphoma, and have a body scan. It will show lymph node swelling. If my hernia specialist had sent me for a CT scan or checked out my lymph nodes (2 years ago), it would have shown up.

I was stupid to think, that a specialist would do extra investigations under the public system.

1. Pay privately,

2.and ask for a CT scan of area.

3. Ask about swollen lymph nodes.

Sometimes, the lymph nodes are only mildly swollen, and as it happens slowly over a couple of years, you won't even notice them swelling. But if you have fatigue, and unexplained adbomen pain in belly, groin, or top of legs, (or even in glands under armpits or necks), depends if it starts in "bottom or upper" body. Do the 3 steps above. If you don't pain for orginal visit, the specialist won't do further exploratory tests (even if they say they would, as it costs the gov't money, and specialist won't do ANY extra tests.

This advice might save you 3 years of cancer spreading silently. I wish I had known better. I hope this advice, can help others avoid the silent cancer killer :ie lymphoma.

I'm 31 and am in the hospital right now for pain management since I have pain on my right side that shoots terribly down my right leg into my feet and now have small amounts of tingling in my right lower foot. This started when I had an infection in my large intestines and fell down a flight of stairs. Now I have incredible pain and a very hard time walking and standing up straight. This pain started very lightly but over a course of a month has now placed me into the hospital. It even hurts to sit up straight and can't seem to straighten my right leg without screaming. I have had 2 CT scans that have had not ruled out anything nor could they see what is wrong. I am on oxycodone 10ml without Tylonal and the pain doesn't seem to stop. Even delaudid doesn't work. Has anyone been in my situation? Ps I feel your pain!!!

It's most likely endometriosis. I am currently suffering it and have been for 6 years straight with chronic pain. I went to numerous doctors and many many ER visits and was also told I had kidney stones and misdiagnosed many times. I knew something wasn't right because how could I keep having kidney stones every other month and never see one stone. I went through the 3 unnecessary cystoscopy to check my kidney and ureter and told nothing was wrong after these surgeries. I was in extreme pain after that's surgeries and felt that I needed to go to a specialist in gyno. just to rule out and women problems, even though previously I had gone to 5 different gyno. And with all of them stating I'm fine to it may nerve problems, but no one knew the answer until I met the renown Dr. TAMER A. SECKIN! He is in New York and I would not trust my endo or my body other than Dr. Seckin. Trust me when I say he is the best of the best and he trying his best to teach other doctors the right way to remove endo. Never use laser endo. Will definitely come back meaner and spread more!!!! And to all the ladies here endo. disguises itself into so many diseases and many times its" ruled out " because other uneducated, narrow minded doctors think if they don't see it on ultrasound or other scan or it may not fit all the "endometriosis symptoms" that you don't have it, but the only sure way is to look in there through laproscopy surgery. I'm currently waiting to have my insurance approve Dr. Seckin since he is an "out of network" doctor for my insurance. I can't wait to get my life back! Do not take birth control for it because the longer you delay in cutting out the endometriosis it will wreak havoc on your other organs and you fertility. Please trust me....as I would have never thought I have endometriosis.
